If you have never met your photographer, it is a great way to meet and “test” them out. You will have a chance to check out their professionalism, work style, and see some real evidence of talent. You can use the images for your save-the-dates or for the decor of your wedding such as sign in book or sign in mat, centerpieces or guest gifts.
Destination Wedding in Montego Bay, Jamaica
April 17th, 2011Allow me to introduce to you to Nancy & Mike Glass! Nancy & Mike live in Atlanta, GA and decided an island wedding was just what they wanted. They also decided that they wanted to bring a photographer rather than use the one being offered by the resort. So, in comes me! I feel so lucky to have been chosen to do a destination wedding in a place I’ve never been. One of the benefits to bringing a photographer was that I was able to capture the rehearsal dinner and some fun times on the beach too (no extra cost). It was the most magical experience. And a sunny, tropical Caribbean wedding is JUST what the doctor ordered. It was hard to come back home. You would think Jamaica would have been this couple’s honeymoon too, but they actually took off across the globe to Africa. I can only imagine how much fun these 2 are having. Many blessings to you both. You are a beautiful couple and the love was felt throughout. Here is a the short story of their day:
* A special thanks to Coyaba Beach Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica for their incredible hospitality!

North Georgia Mountain Wedding – Young Harris, GA – Photography
March 31st, 2011I had the incredible opportunity to photograph my first mountain wedding. The weather was incredible. The temperature was perfect and there was a perfect blanket of clouds (which photographers know as the perfect diffuser). Jane and Chris were naturals in front of the camera. Either that or they were so in love and couldn’t stop oozing “togetherness-perfection” in front of me. Here is their story…
