Some know how to use light (the single most important aspect to photography) and others rely on luck. Some charge a premium and others are downright cheap! Being in this industry for so many years, I see “photographers” that cover each one of these types. It is important that you know that just because someone has a website and a nice portfolio doesn’t automatically indicate that they will serve your needs best.

If you have never met your photographer, it is a great way to meet and “test” them out. You will have a chance to check out their professionalism, work style, and see some real evidence of talent. You can use the images for your save-the-dates or for the decor of your wedding such as sign in book or sign in mat, centerpieces or guest gifts.
